While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: Our commitment to your safety and comfort. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We followed their recommendations and voluntarily suspended all non-emergent dental care in mid-March and are now excited to return to help you manage your dental health optimally.

In order to help protect our patients and team, you may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment.

Enhanced Prescreening

  • We will call you a day before your appointment to ask some health screening questions and discuss any other concerns you may have. You may be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.

  • We will provide and prefer all necessary paperwork to be completed electronically prior to your appointment.

  • Every patient will have their vital signs recorded before they are allowed into the treatment area.

  • Staff will also have their temperature recorded at the start of every work day. Safe Social Distancing and Personal Protective Equipment

  • With the exception of children and those patients physically unable, we request all other patients to come to their appointments alone.

  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.

  • You will be asked to call the office when you arrive and may be asked to wait in your car until we are ready to see you.

  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.

  • We will require you to wear a mask at all times. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be worn by staff at all times.

    Disinfection protocol

  • We will continue to thoroughly clean and disinfect all contact surfaces after every patient

  • You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys etc., since these items

are difficult to clean and disinfect.

Please call our office at 831-438-4020 or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment or if you may have any questions or concerns. We look forward to hearing from you.
